You've floated before! Awesome! You're off to a great start! Since you already have some float experience, we suggest boosting your practice by floating weekly for 3 weeks. In general, this approach puts you on a fast track to reaping the most benefits up-front.
Looking at your answers, it seems like you could use some healing time and self-care. In general, clients similar to you have experienced some pretty profound relief and recovery by floating at least on 1-2 times a month for maintenance after their initial 4-6 weeks.
One of the most amazing things about float therapy is the way it allows you the time, space, clarity of thought and opportunity for bio-feedback, to tune into what YOU need in order to be the best version of you, mentally and physically. As you progress through your practice, you may find you need to float more or less frequently, as goes the ebb and flow of life.
