Since you're new to floatation therapy, we usually suggest floating more frequently at first. For the most part, we find clients who kick-start their practice with weekly floats for 4-6 weeks, see the most results sooner in their practice.
Realistically, your first 1-3 floats can be more of a process of getting use the the environment and learning to let go.
Looking at your answers, it seems like you could use some healing time and self-care. In general, clients similar to you have experienced some pretty profound relief and recovery by floating at least on 1-2 times a month for maintenance after their initial 4-6 weeks.
One of the most amazing things about float therapy is the way it allows you the time, space, clarity of thought and opportunity for bio-feedback, to tune into what YOU need in order to be the best version of you, mentally and physically. As you progress through your practice, you may find you need to float more or less frequently, as goes the ebb and flow of life.
